Boys Singles & Girls Singles.
Draws limited to 32 players each.  1st Round Consolation.
All main draw matches will have Chair Umpires.
Semifinals and Finals will have Chair and Line Umpires.

Players must be playing High School tennis for 2013 season to be eligible.
